Campsite

Free camping is included with the standard festival ticket for the full duration of the festival.

All amenities, such as showers and free-to-use toilets open on Wednesday 12th July at 10am. Full festival ticket holders can access the festival site from this date for the SBSR Warm-Up. The campsite will close on Sunday 16th at 5pm.

The organisers will provide a free bus service to Praia do Meco on 12th, 13th, 14th and 15th July, between 10am and 7pm in order to limit traffic around the festival access areas.

Glass (bottles, food packaging, etc)

Stoves and Camping Gaz style equipment (*)

Weapons or objects that could be used as a weapon

·       CAMPING WITH A CAR

At Super Bock Super Rock, you can camp next to your car. There are two options:

Car Camping for 3-day standard festival ticket holders.

Park & Tent for day ticket holders.

CAR CAMPING – 3-day ticket holders

Car Camping allows festival goers to park their car next to their tent for their convenience. Car Camping passes are sold separately. Each person will need their own 3-day festival ticket and anyone wanting to use Car Camping will need to buy this separately (see Tickets / Accommodation and Services section)

There is no water or electricity supply available.

1. Each Car Camping pitch is 8x4 m. Campers are allowed a campervan or car and as many tents as can fit in the allocated space (provided camping rules are adhered to).

2. A maximum of five people per Car Camping pitch is allowed. Each of them will be given a Car Camping non-transferable wristband at the time of entry to the festival site.

3. For fire safety reasons, the Car Camping pitches have no shaded area.

4. Entry to the Car Camping area is allowed from 12th to 15th July, between the hours of 10am and 12am.

5. In order to gain entry to the area in a car, campers must have purchased a Car Camping pass. Each member of the group (maximum of five) must have also purchased their 3-day festival ticket.

6. The tent(s) must be pitched next to the car, with free movement for festival goers inside the camping area thereafter.

7. For safety reasons, exit and re-entry of car or campervans is not allowed. The car must remain stationary until the end of the festival. Campers that require to leave early must inform the Staff team in order to be assisted in doing so safely. The vehicle won’t be allowed back in the Car Camping area once it has left.

8. For security reasons, all cars and campervans will be checked on arrival. Non authorised items will be withheld on entry. General festival camping rules apply.

9. On arrival to the festival, Car Camping ticket holders must make their way to the ticket office, where they will need to fill in a tag with their vehicle details. This tag must be completed in full and clearly displayed on the car for the duration of the festival. They will also need to exchange their festival ticket for a wristband before they can make their way to the Car Camping area. Everyone will be checked on entry, after which they will be able to enjoy the space.

10. A group of people camping with more than one car or campervan should arrive together so they can park their vehicles and camp in adjacent pitches. Anyone in the group arriving later may take the nearest available pitch. It is up to the group and their Car Camping pass holders to co-ordinate arrivals in order to camp next to each other if they so wish.

11. Only one vehicle per Camp Camping pitch is allowed.

12. There is a limited number of Car Camping spaces available.
